This is a recipe I enjoyed as a child and now cook with lots of love.

Place the green beans in a pot and bring to a boil for one minute to remove the foam that can cause gas. Drain and set aside.

In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté the onion, garlic, and beef bouillon cube. Add the ají panca paste and tomato paste. Cook for a few minutes, then add the beef cut into small pieces, pepper, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon dried oregano, and 1/4 cup water (60 ml). Stir everything together and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add the green beans, stir, and add another 1/4 cup water (60 ml). Cook for another 5 minutes. Stir, then add the diced potatoes. Cook for 10 to 15 more minutes. Taste for salt, and at the end, add the chopped cilantro and parsley.
