I love baking cookies this time it’s special as it’s woman’s day as well as baking challenge so I thought to try our families favorite delicacy from our very own hometown hyderabad there’s a famous bakery which many people must be aware of it’s famous for its cookies ,mixtures etc .I have tried this incredibly delicious cookies recipe.please scroll down to check the recipe below:-

Ingredients

25 minutes prep time:- 30 minutes
20_25 servings
  1. 2 cupsall-purpose flour (maida)
  2. 1/2 cupvanilla custard powder
  3. 1/2 cuppure butter
  4. 1/2 cuppowder sugar
  5. 1/3 cuptutti frutti (readymade or homemade)
  6. 2 tablespoonsstrawberry custard’s powder (can also use same vanilla custard I had tried a new flavor)
  7. 1/4 cuproughly crushed cashews
  8. Pinchsalt
  9. Pinchorange red food colour/yellow food colour (it’s totally optional)
  10. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla essence
  11. 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  12. 1/2 cupwater or little more to knead a smooth cookie dough
  13. 1cooking sheet (asahi kasei india)

Cooking Instructions

25 minutes prep time:- 30 minutes

    Firstly set all ingredients ready toss tutti frutti with 2 tablespoon custard powder set aside also roughly crush cashews set aside further take butter & powder sugar in a bowl & whisk it well until it’s smooth & fluffy creamy textured.

    Further pop in all-purpose flour in batches & mix well gradually add all dry ingredients cashews etc.finally add little by little water & knead a smooth dough cover it with a cling wrap & set in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes until then line baking trays with a cooking sheet and preheat oven for 10 minutes.

    On the other hand spread out the pastry mat on the counter remove the cookies dough knead again and divide in two balls roll it out 1 inch thick and use a square cookie cutter in particular if available or any desired shape it’s originally in squares.simply spread all cookies on a baking tray & pop it in the oven & bake it for 15-20 minutes or until the top layer of biscuits is golden.switch off the oven & let it rest.

    At first the cookies look raw from the center part not to worry gradually cool cookies on a wire rack once it’s completely cool it will be baked well.but do keep an eye while baking as all ovens temperatures are different for baking.our delicious crispier outside & softer inside delicacies are ready.we also store it in an air tight container for 2 weeks.
