Knead the medium, pliable dough. Cover and keep aside. Wash and pressure cook potatoes. Once the steam is released, remove them, remove peels and mash them.

All ingredients and salt into mashed potatoes, add lemon juice too and mix well.

Divide the dough into equal parts. Take one and roll, put prepared stuffing in the center and gather sides in the center, and seal properly.

Now roll paratha again with a light hand. Use dry flour in rolling to avoid sticking.

Further heat the skillet, cook paratha little from both sides without ghee.

Then apply ghee and cook from both sides on medium flame.
- 7
Serve hot with curd, raita, pickle, chutney, etc.
