Ingredients

  1. 1/2cauliflower
  2. 1 cupgram flour
  3. As RequiredCoriander leaves
  4. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  5. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  6. 1/2red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. As Required Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Cut and steam the cauliflower for about 1 min. Also, wash the coriander leaves. And keep them aside.

    In a bowl take gram flour, chopped green chilies, baking soda, and spices, salt according to taste.

    Heat the oil and dip the cauliflower and coriander leaves into the batter and fry them also add some chopped onions while frying.

    Fry them all one after another.

  5. 5

    Gobhi and Dhaniya ke pakore are ready to Serve.
