Ingredients

45-50 minutes
Serves 6 servings
  • 7-8 sheetsready-to-bake lasagna noodles
  • 1 2/3 cupsbéchamel sauce (400 ml)
  • 3 1/2 ozParmesan cheese (100 g)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Fresh mint (or mentuccia)
  • Sauce
  • 3globe artichokes
  • 1lemon
  • 1.1 lbsground beef (500 g)
  • 3-3.2 ozsmoked bacon (80-90 g)
  • 1/2 cupdry white wine (about 120 ml)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 1garlic clove
  • Red pepper flakes

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients. Sauté the bacon with garlic and red pepper flakes. Add the ground beef. After 5 minutes, pour in the wine to deglaze.

    Clean the artichokes and place them in acidulated water with lemon. In a skillet, heat garlic and olive oil, then add the artichokes cut into wedges. After 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add to the ground beef mixture and let the flavors combine.

    Add a little béchamel sauce and olive oil to the sauce. Prepare the layers with the lasagna noodles, alternating the sauce, béchamel, and Parmesan cheese.

    Finish with fresh mint leaves. Bake in a conventional oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.

    Let cool slightly, then cut the lasagna.

Carciofi e......pulizia

Quando dobbiamo pulire i carciofi vi consiglio di mettere dei guanti in lattice... proprio per evitare che le vostre mani diventino scure una volta tagliati. Infatti per via dell’ossidazione al contatto con l’aria il carciofo annerisce....
