Prepare the ingredients. Sauté the bacon with garlic and red pepper flakes. Add the ground beef. After 5 minutes, pour in the wine to deglaze.

Clean the artichokes and place them in acidulated water with lemon. In a skillet, heat garlic and olive oil, then add the artichokes cut into wedges. After 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Add to the ground beef mixture and let the flavors combine.

Add a little béchamel sauce and olive oil to the sauce. Prepare the layers with the lasagna noodles, alternating the sauce, béchamel, and Parmesan cheese.

Finish with fresh mint leaves. Bake in a conventional oven at 350°F (180°C) for 35 minutes.

Let cool slightly, then cut the lasagna.
