Ingredients

  1. 6kepok bananas (or other bananas)
  2. 2 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  3. 2 tablespoonsrice flour
  4. 2 tablespoonscornstarch
  5. 2 tablespoonsgranulated sugar
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt (original recipe uses 1 teaspoon)
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 tablespoonmargarine
  9. as neededwater

Cooking Instructions

    Combine all ingredients except margarine and water. Mix well.

    Add margarine. Mix again.

    Gradually add water, stirring until there are no lumps. The final batter should be somewhat thick. Set aside.

    Cut the bananas in half. Or, cut them into fan shapes or small pieces, as you like 😁

    Dip the bananas in the batter, then fry in hot oil over medium heat.
