Mix flour and water in a small bowl to make a thick paste. And set a side..

Fold empty samosa Patti into a triangular shape using the sticky flour mixture to glue it shut.

Now for chutney. Blend boil mashed potatoes with salt, red chilli, green chillies, salt imli pulp,, food colour lemon juice and warm water into paste

See consistency. It should not be very thick. Add more water of needed then cook for few minutes

Then fry mini samosa into medium hot oil and serves with tangy yummy potato chutney.
