Rice Pancakes
A traditional Hausa food done especially during ceremonies

Firstly soak the rice for 8 hours or overnight

After then take away half cup of the rice and cooked till tender

Then added the cooked rice into the raw rice,add yeast and blend till smooth

After then leave it to raise in warm place until it double in size

After it raised added the remaining ingredients and stir until it well combined

Then pre heat a nonstick pan and clean it with vegetable oil
- 7
Then fry it on low heat until it's done,don't turn it you have to it to bake slowly

Serve with your vegetables soup and enjoy
