  • 190 gkefir
  • 1large apple, a pinch of cardamom
  • 1/2 cupcoconut milk or cow's milk
  • 1 pinchcinnamon and vanilla extract

    Cut the apple into small pieces, and in this case, measure the kefir I prepared the day before.
