Roast lightly the negro pepper, cloves, nutmeg,black pepper (it brings out the flavour) and grind to powder

Roughly blend, onions, garlic and pepper with little water, add all other remaining ingredients and mix

Cover let it seat and marinate in the fridge over night. Get your grill set...

Had some Suya pepper (yajin kuli Kuli) so I sprinkled on the chicken laps

My chiicken is hard so wanted it soft therefore I grilled for 1 hour to 1 hr 20min. I used mixture of olive oil and soy sauce to be brushing the laps (both sides) at intervals.
