Ingredients

  1. 28 gButter
  2. 35 gflour
  3. 4 tablespoonswater
  4. cream
  5. 1yolk
  6. 180 ccmilk
  7. 50 gsugar
  8. 22 gflour
  9. 10 gbutter
  10. 60 ccfresh cream
  11. 1egg

Cooking Instructions

    Add water and butter in a pan. Simmer it and melt butter.

    Add flour and mix well.

    Simmer it and mix well.

    Pour 1/4 egg to the mixture and mix well. Add egg left to the mixture and mix well.

    Put the mixture in a pastry bag and squeeze out the mixture and make a circle.

    Preheat the oven for 200C. Bake the mixture for 25 minutes at 200C.

    Heat the milk in a pan.

    Mix yolk and sugar in a bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of milk in a bowl and mix well. Add flour and mix well.

    Add milk in a bowl and mix well.
    Simmer it until it becomes soft.

    Add butter and vanilla essence in a cream and mix well.

  11. 11

    Whisk fresh cream and put it in a cream. Mix well.

  12. 12

    Sprit the choice pastry and fill the cream in a shell.

I believe if you hold the bag steady and pipe in the same spot and moving vertically, then the top of the cream puff will look more uniform, and the air pocket will be larger.
