Dry roast cashew nuts & keep aside

Cook the sugar until it is ek taar chashni add rose petals & rose water
Add the nuts and cook for a minute and turn off the gas.
Stir continuously till sugar coated on cashew - 3
Remove on a plate & let it cool down for 30-40 minutes & do all cashew separate if they stick
Enjoy gulab cashew nuts
