Crema Catalana is always a great dessert, perfect for both kids and adults.

Bring the milk to a boil with the sugar, cinnamon stick, and lemon peel.

Mix the egg yolks with a little bit of milk.

When the milk starts to boil, add the egg yolks mixed with the milk.

Cook over low heat, stirring constantly so it doesn't stick. When it starts to boil, remove from heat.

Pour into individual serving dishes. Before serving, sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize it. I use an electric torch, but you can also use a special hot iron for this.
