Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 2 cupscooked rice
  2. Handfulkaju
  3. 2 tablespoonspeanuts
  4. 1 tablespoonChennai dal
  5. 1/2 tablespoonpepper seeds
  6. Handfulcurry leaves
  7. 2 tablespoons of oil
  8. 1 tablespoon of mustard and cumin seeds
  9. As per tasteSalt
  10. 2red chilli
  11. 1green chillies
  12. 1 cupgrated coconut

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats add oil. Once the oil heats add mustard and cumin seeds. Once it starts sizzling add chana dal, peanuts, Kaju, curry leaves, and pepper seeds, and mix well.

  2. 2

    Keep the stove on low flame. Add salt. Mix it. Add grated coconut. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add cooked rice and mix well.

  4. 4

    Turn off the stove. Take it into a plate or bowl. Enjoy spicy and tasty coconut rice.
