In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, add salt,add cumin seeds mix it well properly. now add little by little water and knead a semi-soft dough and cover the plate and rest for 10 min. Keep aside.

For stuffing:-
In a mixing bowl add boiled mashed potato,salt,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,chilli flakes mix it well.now stuffing is ready.Now after 10min.knead for dough now take a small portion and make a round shape and little oil on the rolling base and roll it.pinch a small lemon sized ball - 3
Take 1tbsp of prepared stuffing and place it on the flattened dough.Lift the dough from all sides and close it nicely giving the dough a round shape.Press the stuffed ball gently and flatten it with your hands.With the help of rolling pin, flatten it to form puri size.

Now fry on a high flame and flip it on both sides.aloo Kachori is ready.
