Ingredients

  1. 10-12baby potatoes
  2. 100 gmsfresh methi
  3. 1 tbspmustard oil
  4. 1/2 tbsp cumin seeds
  5. 1/4 tbspasaefotida
  6. As Per Tastesalt
  7. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  11. 1/2 tbspamchur powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash properly baby potato and cut into 4 pcs

  2. 2

    In a Kadai add mustard oil when properly hot add asafoetida and cumin seed when cracked add cut potato *

  3. 3

    Now add mentioned spices except garam masala powder and amchur powder *Add chopped methi cover and cook for 5 to 8 minutes on low flame *

  4. 4

    Add amchur powder and garam masala powder when the potato is cooked properly *Serve hot winter special methi with potato in your meal *
