Ingredients

  • 250 gPork
  • 10-12Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Green onions
  • 1 tbspGarlic
  • 1.5 tbspSoy sauce
  • 2 tspSesame oil
  • PinchWhite ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice pork, shiitake mushrooms & finely chop the green onions

  2. 2

    Marinate sliced pork in 1 tsp of sesame Oil and ground pepper

  3. 3

    Mix light soy sauce and garlic in a bowl

  4. 4

    Heat remaining sesame oil in a pan and stir fry the marinated sliced pork

  5. 5

    Add in sliced shiitake mushrooms onced the sliced pork are around 70% cooked

  6. 6

    Stir fry for 2 minutes on medium heat and add in the garlic soy sauce mixture

  7. 7

    Add in finely chopped green onions, stir fry for another 3 minutes and serve
