Knead the dough using the above ingredients.

Let the dough rest for 10mins.Take one small portion of dust in dry flour & roll a thin chapati.
- 3
Apply some ghee on chapati sprinkle the masala & roll like we use to make Fan in childhood time.
- 4
Make a small ball.. press little & roll like a parantha.Heat tawa & put the paratha.
- 5
Flip & apply ghee & cook from both sides.
- 6
Enjoy with pickle.
