For Rabri - in a wok add milk and bring it to boil, reduce to half

Add bhang powder, condensed milk, Elaichi powder and on medium flame cook to further reduce, set aside

For Syrup - in a wok add water and sugar and stir to dissolve sugar, add bhang powder and saffron and mix, set aside

For Malpua - in a bowl add Maida, Dahi, semolina, baking soda, bhang powder, Elaichi powder, fennel seeds and mix well.

Add milk and mix well, to have lump free batter for Malpua

In a wok heat ghee and add a ladle of Malpua batter, let it fry for 2 mins, flip and fry for 1 min, add to syrup and soak for 1 min, set aside

Plate with Malpua soaked from syrup, drizzle with Rabri and garnish with chopped almonds and cashew nuts, enjoy 😊
