  • 3 lbsbrown sugar
  • #10 can ketchup
  • 10 ozcreamed horseradish sauce
  • 1 ozliquid smoke
  • 15 ozworcestershire
  • 1 1/2 cupsvinegar or 12 oz beer
  • 2 Tblssalt
  • 3 Tblsdry mustard
  • 2 Tblscayenne pepper

    Mix together, bring to a slow boil. Then simmer for 30 minutes.
