  1. 1 cupmaithi aloo dry vegetable
  2. 1/2 cupOil
  3. as per taste Salt
  4. 1 cupwheat flour
  5. as required Water for knead
  6. 1/2 cuphomemade butter

Cooking Instructions

    Take a big bowl add wheatflour & salt.Add water & knead & make a soft dough.

    Make balls & roll like poori.
    Keep maithi Aloo vegetable middle on poori.

    Roll it. Heat a tawa grease with oil. Put paratha. Flip it. Add oil. Cook both sides brown & crispy.

    Cut paratha into four peices.
    Serve with homemade butter for breakfast.
