Hydrate and thinly slice the shiitake mushrooms. Julienne the carrot into 3 cm long pieces. Slice the green onions diagonally.

Pour some sesame oil into a pan. Stir-fry the carrots and the shiitake mushrooms. Add the okara and cook briefly. Pour in the dashi soup stock.

Add the ★ seasonings and the soup stock granules. Simmer until the water is completely reduced (about 15 minutes).

To finish, add the green onions and the bonito flakes. Simmer briefly.
