Wash and soak the Barnyard or Bhagar or Sama for 10-15 before cooking

Take the pan add ghee now Crackle Cummins seeds and pour the Barnyard and grated potato together and then put around 1 glass of water and cover the lid and cook them for about 10mins at medium flame

Later on you can add salt and chilly, ginger paste and again cover the lid for 5-7mins and lastly add the ground nut powder, lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve them hot with some Faste Chivda and with Curd or Raita 😋
