Ingredients

  • Keto mushroom sauce
  • 12 piecesChopped brown mushroom
  • 100 mlheavy cream
  • 1 teaspoonxantham gum
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 1 teaspoonpink salt
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper powder
  • The konjac rice
  • 1 teaspoonminced garlic
  • 1 tablespoonolive oil
  • 1 teaspoonpureed red onion
  • 1 teaspoonwhite pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoonhimalayan pink salt
  • 30 gcooked shirataki rice
  • 2 piececooked shrimp
  • 5thinly sliced stir fry beef
  • 5 piecessmall cubed of cooked chicken thigh / breast
  • 30 gshredded mozarella cheese
  • 5 piecesgreen peas if your carb allowance per day is allowed

Steps

  1. 1

    Mushroom sauce

    Stiry minced garlic..once garlic gives off aromatic smell add in mushroom..

    Once mushroom cooked..add in black pepper and salt.

    Add in heavy cream..once it boil add in xantham gum..

    Puree it using hand blender

    The konjac rice

    Stir fry minced garlic..

    Add in puree red onion and white pepper powder

    Add in the cooked shrimp,cooked beef slices and cooked chicken

    Add in green peas

  3. 3

    Stiry together and add in cooked shirataki rice

    Once everything is mixed thoroughly...add in 2 tablespoon of mushroom sauce and 1 table spoon of grated mushroom

    Mix together and turn off the stove

  4. 4

    Transfer the rice into baking casserole

    Spread the balance of mushroom sauce on top of that rice

    Add grated mozarella cheese on top of it

  5. 5

    Bake at 200 degrees at 7 minute (iam using air fryer)

    You can use oven..and bake it at 140 degrees at 10 minute or until the cheese melted and turn brown (depends on your preference)

    Oven setting depend on your oven too..so adjust accordingly
