Yogurt Jelly with Lots of Strawberries

I always make this dessert after we go strawberry picking.

Soak the gelatin well before you dissolve it. It will be easier to remove the ring pan if you soak it in hot water a little bit to melt the surface of the jelly. But don't melt it too much!! For 18 cm [7.1 in] ring pan. Recipe by miunana

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1pack Strawberries
  2. 100 mlMilk
  3. 10 gramsGelatin powder
  4. 270 gramsYogurt
  5. 60 gramsSugar
  6. 1 tbspLemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients. Rinse and hull the strawberries.

    Soak the gelatin powder in milk. Soak for 4~5 minutes. Dissolve in a double boiler or microwave for 30~40 seconds.

    It looks like this when dissolved.

    Put a plastic bag on your hand and mash the washed strawberries.

  5. 5

    Mash the strawberries as shown in this picture. You can make the color of the jello prettier if you mash the strawberries really well.

    Add sugar, yogurt and lemon juice to the bowl and mix well.

  7. 7

    Add the the milk with the gelatin dissolved in it to the Step 6 bowl and stir well.

    Then pour the mixture into a 18cm ring pan. Chill in the refrigerator until the jelly mold has set, it's done!! Decorate the jelly with whipped cream and strawberries.

    If you pour the jelly mixture into cups, they make a nice gift! You can make 9 90ml cups worth!
