Peri Peri Cheesy Chicken Shashlik

Cut the chicken fillet into cubes shape.

Take a bowl add chicken cubes, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, garlic powder, soy sauce, lemon Juice

Add Peri peri hot sauce

Mix well. Then add cornflour and mix well. Marinate for 3 hours or overnight.

Soak the skewers in water for about 10 minutes. Then take onion pieces, chicken pieces, tomato slices one by one and put it in skewers.

Heat oil and place the chicken skewers in the oil. Cover the skewers with a lid and let them cook for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat. Remove the lid and cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Rotate the skewers so that its cook evenly and slightly charred from all sides.

Grease the baking tray and arrange the Shashlik sticks and spread cheese on top and sprinkle the parsaly.

Place it in a preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C.

After 15 minutes cheese is melted and remove it from oven.

Peri Peri Cheesy Chicken Shashlik are ready. Serve hot with any sauce 😋.
