Ingredients

  1. 200 gmmawa
  2. 125 gmmaida
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 2 tbspghee
  5. 250 gmoil for frying
  6. 1 Inchcinnamon
  7. 10-12whole black pepper
  8. 2green cardamom
  9. 1/2 piecejavitri
  10. 1badi elaichi
  11. 1/4 teaspoonjaifal powder
  12. 200sugar for syrup
  13. 200 gmwater
  14. 8-10kaju

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly take a wok cook the mawa till it gets golden brown.Then coarsely grind the spices and add in mawa at last.

    After that when it gets cool then add 2 tbsp sugar and mix it.

    Now take a bowl take maida in it add pinch of salt and ghee,mix it to make a soft dough.

    Now make a balls from it,fill the mawa masala in it and close the ball.

    Now take a wok heat oil and put kachori in high flame then after 2 minutes put it on low flames and cook it till it gets golden.

    Now take a pan add sugar and water and cook it till it gets little thicken.And add syrup over kachori before serving.
