1/2 tsprai
1/2 tspzeera
1/4 tspsalt
2 tbsoil
1 tbsgrated fresh coconut
1 cupwater

Soak ragi overnight. In a pan heat oil add rai and zeera let it crackle and onion, green chilies and curry leaves.

Add water let it boil add ragi and salt let it cook till water is reduced. Garnish with fresh coconut 🥥. And serve
