Ingredients

  1. 2onion
  2. 3tomatoes
  3. Half inch ginger
  4. 3 garlic cloves
  5. 2 green chili
  6. Cumin seeds
  7. Bay leaf
  8. Cinnamon
  9. Boiled rajma

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure cook rajma with bay leaf, cinnamon and salt

  2. 2

    In a kadhai add ghee, cumin seeds and onion. Cook till it becomes brown. If it gets burnt, add few drops of water and cook till to get a paste consistency

  3. 3

    Add crushed ginger garlic and green chili

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree and salt

  5. 5

    Add masala- red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder, aamchur powder, turmeric powder

  6. 6

    Now add rajma and water to adjust consistency

  7. 7

    Add garam masala and Cook for 10 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves.
