A salad to accompany grilled mackerel fillets.
Steps

Slice the piquillo peppers and green onion, and place them in a suitable container.

Chop the asparagus and save some tips, chop the pickles and the 1/2 egg, add all the ingredients, season with salt, olive oil, and about 2 tsp of aged vinegar, stir and set aside.

Remove the central bones from the mackerel and grill them with two sliced garlic cloves.
- 4
Serve with some salad and the asparagus tips on top, sprinkle flaky salt on the mackerel.
