These delicious modak, for Ganesha Chaturthi naividya.
Steps

Dry roast chanadal to light brown on medium to low heat,then grind it to powder in a mixi jar.

Heat ghee (keep two to three spoons and add if needed) add fried dry fruits and transfer to a plate.
- 3
Add chanadal powder in the remaining ghee and roast to a nice aroma,cool for a while, add sugar powder, cardmum powder, dryfruits mix everything well..
- 4
Press in Modak mould and besan modak ready.
