Cooking Instructions

Take a pan. Add peanuts and dry roast them on low flame. After that shift them on a kitchen towel and let them cool down

Peel off their skin with the help of kitchen towel and transfer them into mixer jar. Then grind it into a smooth powder

Then transfer it in a plate and and milk powder. Mix it properly

On another side take a pan. Add sugar and water in it and cook it on low flame till thickened. Stir it continuously

Then add peanut powder in it and stir continuously

Then add saffron petals, chopped almonds and pistachios, cardamom powder and two tbsp mava. Mix it well.

Mix properly. Add ghee and cook it properly till batter leaves the edges of pan

Then shift it in a plate and let it cool down

Then take a Modak mould and place some batter in it and press it gently to make modaks
- 10
After that place it on a plate and prepare all the Modaks one by one
