Ingredients

  1. 360 gm (2.5 cup)Flour
  2. 250-300 ml(1-1.5 cup) warm Oil or melted butter / Alternatively you can use 2-3 eggs room temp
  3. 200 gm (1 cup)Powder Sugar
  4. Cocoa optional
  5. 1 tspBaking powder
  6. 1 tbspcrushed Cardamom
  7. Pistachio powder

Cooking Instructions

    Blend the sugar with either oil/butter or egg

  2. 2

    Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well. The dough should be slightly crumbly but everything well combined

  3. 3

    Make ball shapes then slightly flatten, poke the centre slightly and place in baking tray

  4. 4

    Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 mins or top is golden brown

  5. 5

    Season the centre with crushed pistachio
