Heat ghee with sunflower oil or coconut oil with sunflower oil 🌻, add whole spices (cumin seeds, bay leaves 🍂, black peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, star anise and fennel seeds) cook till 1 min, add chopped onions 🧅 cook till lightly brown, add Ginger garlic paste 🧄🫚, stir for 1min, add chopped tomatoes 🍅 and mix well

Add salt 🧂 cook till tomatoes 🍅 are soft, add spices, green chillies paste, paprika powder/ kashmiri chilli powder 🌶️, coriander cumin powder and mix well, cook till oil comes out, add tomato paste 🍅, 1 tbsp finely chopped Coriander leaves 🌿 and mix well, add plain yogurt cook for 3 mins, then add tandoori food colour and mix well

Add 1/2 cup water 💦 for gravy, let it boil for 5 mins, add stuffed crabs🦀 in gently and let it boil, don't use spoon 🥄, just gently shake it, cook for 5-6 mins, remove stuffed crabs out 🦀(if you don't remove crabs 🦀 out at right time, they will break, by over cooking them), add basmati rice 🍚 and mix well, add water 💦, garam masala powder and mix well, let it boil

When rice is cooked, very little water 💦 is left, add red, yellow and green capsicum 🫑 in and mix, add again stuffed crabs 🦀 in, cover and cook till done, serve hot, garnish with finely chopped Coriander leaves 🌿
