Ingredients

  1. 1tuber of yam
  2. pepper
  3. salt
  4. cubesMaggi
  5. stockfish
  6. ugwu vegetable
  7. palm oil
  8. cray fish
  9. onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice yams, peel and boil till soft

  2. 2

    Add pepper

  3. 3

    Add salt and Maggi to taste

  4. 4

    Add palm oil and crayfish

  5. 5

    Put d stock fish and add more water

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the vegetables

  7. 7

    Allow to simmer for some time then garnish with onions
