Peel the potatoes, cut them into your preferred size, place them in a microwave-safe dish, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave for 2-3 minutes.

Cut the sausages into 2-3 pieces. Remove the parsley leaves from the stems and chop finely. If using dried herbs, use as is (this time, I used 4 sprigs of Italian parsley).

In a frying pan, add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil (not included in the ingredient list), sauté the garlic and dried chili pepper until fragrant, then remove the chili pepper. Add the sausages and cook until done, then drain the potatoes and add them to the pan.

Finally, add the fish sauce, butter, lemon juice, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and it's ready to serve.
