Chikuwa and Cucumber Mayo Sesame Salad

The mayo sesame dressing is delicious. This is a quick and easy dish to make. Besides cucumber, broccoli stems are also tasty!
About this recipe
This is part of my favorite mayo sesame series. Adding chikuwa gives it a bit more volume. Broccoli stems don't release much moisture, so it's still delicious the next day.
