Ingredients

Makes 2 pancakes
  • About 200 grams leftover gyoza filling
  • 6 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoonscornstarch
  • As much as you like Camembert cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/4 cupdashi stock (about 50 ml)
  • as neededSesame oil,
  • 〈Chijimi Sauce〉
  • 1 tablespoonvinegar
  • 2 tablespoonssoy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoonsesame oil
  • 1 teaspoonsugar
  • To taste toasted sesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Once again, we have leftover gyoza filling... (about 200 grams).

    Chop the Camembert cheese into small pieces and mix it in.

    Add the dashi stock, all-purpose flour, and cornstarch, and mix well.

    Heat a frying pan with sesame oil and cook both sides on low heat until golden brown.
