Ingredients

  1. 14 ozskinless chicken breast, cut into pieces (about 400 grams)
  2. 1cucumber
  3. 2small shallots
  4. 2 tablespoonsunsweetened milk
  5. 1/2 teaspoonground turmeric
  6. Sliced pumpkin, as desired, to substitute for bread

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken breast with milk and turmeric powder. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Thread the chicken pieces onto skewers. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 20 minutes along with the pumpkin.

  3. 3

    Slice the cucumber and shallots to serve as side vegetables.
