Sautéed bean sprout and salted fish (threadfin)

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 150 grbean sprouts
  2. 20 grsalted fish (thinly chopped)
  3. 1/2size tomato
  4. 1red onion
  5. 3 clovesgarlic
  6. 2bird eye chillies
  7. 3red chillies
  8. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  9. 1/2 tspsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse and clean the bean sprout with water, drain and put aside

  2. 2

    Heat some oil in a pan, stir fry the thinly chopped salted fish for about 4 mins

  3. 3

    Add in the chopped onions, garlics and chillies followed by chopped tomato. Stir fry for about 3 mins over medium heat

  4. 4

    Slightly turn down the heat, add in the bean sprout, season with 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce and a pinch of sugar. Stir fry occasionally for about 3 mins then your dish is ready to serve
