Pierce the beef shoulder and pork shoulder with a fork, score the fat with a knife, and then apply the ◇marinade. Let it sit for 1 hour.

Prepare the ○BBQ sauce.

Cut the potatoes, carrot, and onions to your preferred size.

Bake the marinated meat in an oven at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven, cover with aluminum foil, and let it cook in the residual heat.

Bake the vegetables in the oven at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes.

Slice the meat to your desired thickness.

Place the sliced meat on top of the vegetables and bake in the oven at 320°F (160°C) for 5 minutes.
