Preheat the oven to 100*C Fan.

Mix together the lemon juice, honey, and boiled water until the honey has been fully diluted. This will help preserve the colour of the banana as it cooks, as well as adds to the crunchiness and sweetness of the crisps.

Thinly slice the bananas, dip them into the pre-made honey mixture, then lay flat on a baking pan covered in baking parchment.

Bake for 2 hours, flipping over about halfway through! Enjoy
