For the rice flour amala; Put 70 cl of water in a pot and allow to boil.

Add 200 g of rice flour and stir for 5 minutes. Allow to cook for 1 minute. Stir for 1 minute. Its ready to be serve

For the ogbono soup; wash and blend the pepper and onions

Chop the fresh okra

Put palm oil in a pot and allow to heat for 2 minutes, then add blended pepper and onions

Stir continuously for 5 minutes and add 70 cl of water

Add maggi, salt, and crayfish, and allow to boil for 3 minutes

Add okra and horenso and stir

Wash smoked fish and add

Allow to boil for 5 minutes

Food is ready. Can be serve with the rice flour as shown in the picture
