  • 1 lbcanned soybean sprouts (about 500 grams)
  • 1 clovegarlic
  • 1/2 ozleek white (about 15 grams)
  • 1/2-1carrot
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoonssesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoonsesame seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse the soybean sprouts under water and drain well.

  2. 2

    Chop the leek, grate the carrot, and crush the garlic clove.

    Combine everything in a large bowl. Add the sesame oil and salt to taste, then mix well.
