Ingredients

Serves 10 servings
  • 2.2 lbssmall shrimp (about 1 kg)
  • 1 1/2white or red onions
  • 6 tablespoonsolive oil
  • 15 sprigscilantro
  • 2.2 lbslimes (about 1 kg)
  • 3cucumbers
  • 1.1 lbstomatoes (about 1/2 kg)
  • Salt, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash and disinfect all the vegetables. Rinse and clean the shrimp. Cut all the ingredients into medium-sized cubes.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients together. Check for salt and adjust as needed. That’s it!

  3. 3

    Serve with habanero peppers and saltine crackers.
