Soak the chana dal for 1 hpur

Cook the chana dal and add some salt while cooking.Do not cook chana so messhy

In a mixer grinder grind coconut,curry leaves and green chilly and ginger Grind coursely

Now put the pan on low flame add oil add mustard seeds let crackle it. add jeera,asafoetida red chilly toss all ingredients now add cooked chana dal toss properly, now add coarsely grinded coconut mixture and stir all ingredients.
