This recipe is prepared in master chef season 10 by HARISH CLOSEPET & Vikas Khanna could not control himself to praise this recipe which is made in @masterchefindiaofficial & all other chefs liked it very much in this he fry the cutlets but I shallow fry it & it comes so perfect & tasty

2sweet potato 🍠 roasted
1 cuplobiya soaked & boiled
1onion 🧅 finely chopped
1/4 cupbread crumbs (you can use gluten free bread crumbs also)
1/2lemon 🍋 juice
1 tbspchopped ginger 🫚 & green chili
2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
1 tspeach red chili powder + coriander powder + salt
1/4 tspwhile pepper powder
For Red bell pepper sauce …
1roasted red bell pepper
50 gmpaneer
2 podsgarlic 🧄
1 tbsplemon juice
1 tbspOlive 🫒 oil
1/2 tspsalt
1/4 tspwhite pepper powder
1 tspthyme / mix Italian herbs
Ghee / oil for shallow

For sauce ….
Grill the red bell pepper; remove all black parts & seeds
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a blender & blend till creamy correct the seasoning & remove in a bottle / bowl

In a big bowl take boiled lobia, roasted sweet potato 🍠,breadcrumbs,coriander leaves,chopped ginger 🫚 & green chili chopped onion 🧅 and all spices

Mix it nicely & correct the seasoning

Make equal size cutlets & roast on low to medium flame by applying ghee / oil
