  • 3eggs
  • 3/4 cuppacked brown sugar (about 150 grams)
  • 1/3 cupbrewed coffee (about 100 ml)
  • 1/2 cupvegetable oil (about 130 ml)
  • 1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (about 210 grams)
  • 1 packetbaking powder (about 2 1/2 teaspoons or 16 grams)
  • 1/3 cupchocolate chips (about 50 grams)

    Whisk the eggs and brown sugar together until well combined. Then add the oil and coffee.

    Sift in the flour and baking powder, and mix until smooth.

    Stir in the chocolate chips and pour the batter into a bundt pan.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
