Watermelon ice gola

First of all, peel and cut the watermelon. Remove seeds. Add soaked gond katira in it.add rose syrup and grind them smooth puree. If you don't want to add any flavor you can add sugar.

Take the watermelon puree in airtight container. Keep it in deep freeze for 3 hours.

I have made gola in 2 different ways.
2nd type- keep the watermelon wedges In deep freeze for 3 hours. After that great it and keep in airtight container for 2 hours. Then use as required.

After then that take it out and crush it by fork. Keep the container in deep freeze again for 2 hours.

So that the watermelon ice gola is ready. Serve chilled and garnish with cream, chopped dry nuts, tuti futi, cherries, desiccated coconut, and flavorful syrup. Or as you liking. I have Serve 3 gola in with different way (with mention ingredients).
