Ingredients

20 minutes
6 -8 parathas
  1. 1 cupgrated white part of watermelon
  2. 2 tablespoonchopped coriander
  3. 1 tablespoongarlic paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoonajwain
  5. 1 tablespoongaram masala
  6. 1/2 tablespoonsalt
  7. 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
  9. 2 cupwheat flour

    Take watermelon remove upper green part and then remove white part.then great it white part.Now add turmeric powder, salt,red chilli powder, salt and garam masala then add wheat flour.

    Grated time water release from watermelon.you can use that water for making dough.make a dough and rest it for 5 minutes.then make paratha.

    Roast it from both sides.grease with oil or ghee. Serve it with tomato chutney or curd or sauce or pickle.
